We currently have 13 members, and so cannot accept any new members, but the Group Leader would be prepared to help set up a second group if there was sufficient demand.

Learning about grapes, wines regions, countries and methods of production.
Gaining confidence in buying and ordering wines.
Knowing what to drink and when.
We normally taste 6 wines, 3 white and 3 red. In recent months we have tasted Austrian, French, East European and Portuguese wines. We often have a blind tasting of Supermarket wines, at which Aldi is frequently the most popular, at the expense of more expensive rivals.
In December one of our members usually hosts a Christmas Dinner, and in January we normally hold a Burns Supper.
